"At Libertyville High School, we use Grit Leadership to gather midseason and end-of-season feedback from student-athletes so they can share honest insights about their experience. In the past, we relied on Google Forms and clunky spreadsheets that were hard to read, time-consuming to analyze, and often delayed meaningful follow-up with coaches. Grit Leadership’s web-based platform makes surveys easy to send and feedback instantly organized into a clear, readable format. It allows our coaches to respond faster, listen better, and consistently align behaviors, standards, and support systems with the championship culture we expect and promise."
